We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for:

  • Unused merchandise in original condition
  • Items with all tags and packaging intact
  • Products free of damage or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used outdoor equipment
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Opened fuel canisters

Return Process

  1. Initiate return through our online portal
  2. Print prepaid return label (U.S. only)
  3. Securely package items (original box recommended)
  4. Drop off at carrier location

Refund Processing

  • 5-7 business days after receiving return
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Excludes original shipping costs
  • 15% restocking fee for certain gear

Outdoor Equipment Conditions

  • Tents: must include all poles/stakes
  • Cookware: no signs of use or fire marks
  • Apparel: unworn with tags attached

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • Wrong item
  • Missing parts
    Contact us within 7 days for resolution

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refund excludes duties/taxes
  • Must include customs paperwork

Exchange Policy

  • Available for same-priced items
  • Subject to inventory availability
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days

Winter Gear Special Notes

  • Seasonal items must be returned by January 31
  • Used cleats/crampons not accepted
  • Base layers must have hygiene seal intact
